A UNIQUE AND INNOVATIVE COACHING PROGRAM

We start from the following principle:
“Our communication and our positioning in interactions allow us to solidify who we Are and access more effective actions in our lives.”
The objective of the BE THE WORLD program is to consolidate each individual in their potential, their strengths, their supports in order to face the difficulties that may be encountered in the professional sphere, having a direct repercussion on the personal sphere and vice versa.
Collective coaching support via video allows support for each person in their individuality and is also part of an essential need: That of being connected, wherever we are, through constructive exchanges.

1. PRESENTATION OF THE PROGRAM
BE THE WORLD
The objective is to provide you with THE BASICS OF THE ART OF COMMUNICATION
The themes have been designed, constructed and structured in order to give you theoretical and practical bases so that you can make informed choices, project yourself into the future and implement solid actions.
We decided to create collective coaching allowing individual support for the psychological, behavioral and communicational functioning of each person. The sessions aim to co-construct with you concrete solutions to the difficulties you may encounter.
Each month there will be a session dedicated to the theme of the month which will be followed by a practical session which will take place on a Sunday each month from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Paris time).
Each session is individually paid, allowing you to adapt as you wish.
We will therefore directly deal with your situations which you can submit to us each month through a form so that we can provide a collective perspective allowing support by transposition for each person to their individual situation.
Discussions, reflections and role-playing will be major keys to our progress together over the course of the year.
We work with concrete things: Your equipment, your situations, your difficulties.

3. BE THE WORLD AND PUTTING IT INTO PRACTICE
BE THE WORLD is one session per month lasting two hours, combining theoretical contributions and practical application based on your situations.
Before each session, we will send you a form so that you can tell us about your case or the topic you wish to address.
At each session, we will work on as many practical cases as possible in order to provide you with concrete keys and areas of resolution on which you can rely.

Payment for your participation is made by credit card, on a secure payment platform.
Once your payment has been made, you will receive your videoconference link in order to participate in the BE THE WORLD training session, as well as a form from which you can tell us about your case, so that it can be processed during the session of the month.
